Rugby
- About
There will be an opportunity to take part in an after school rugby club for P4-7 pupils. This will take place on the school playing field starting at 3.30pm until 4.15pm (weather permitting). We will be doing a mixture of tag and full contact rugby depending on age and experience. We also hope to arrange games against other school teams.
Interested pupils (both boys and girls are welcome) should meet at the field with suitable clothing, mouth guard and footwear at 3.30pm and arrangements should be made to ensure your child is collected at 4.15pm.
On occasions, there will be guest rugby players/coaches from the SRU and Currie Rugby Club to help with the development of rugby at these age levels. The club is being run with the support of the Dean Park PTA, so if any parent is interested in helping out with the training we would like to hear from you.

The club will run from Tuesday 6 March to Tuesday 15 May inclusive (excluding 3 and 10 April).
- Application Process and fees
For information for 2011/2012 please contact Mr Lowe in the first instance. Interested pupils (both boys and girls are welcome) should meet at the field with suitable clothing, mouth guard and footwear at 3.30pm and arrangements should be made to ensure your child is collected at 4.15pm.
There will be an annual charge of £10 per child to cover replacement equipment etc.
